Terms of service
These terms apply when you use this site or call the number it shows. Effective date: November 3, 2026.
The short version of these terms
This site is a referral service. It connects your call to an independent contractor and does not do the work itself. Any agreement you make is with that contractor. The information here is general and does not replace advice from a professional who has seen your home.
The terms in full
- 1. AcceptanceBy using this site or calling its number you accept these terms, offered by Water Damage Restoration Cedar Hill, the site operator. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
- 2. The referral serviceYour call is connected to an independent contractor who speaks with you on that call. Contractors are not employees or agents of this site, and availability is not promised for any address or time.
- 3. Your dealings with contractorsAny agreement, scope, schedule or payment is solely between you and the contractor. This site is not a party to it. Ask the contractor about licences and insurance, and check them with the relevant Texas agency, such as TDLR for mold work, before you agree to anything.
- 4. General information onlyContent here is general information, not professional, legal, insurance or medical advice. Local conditions and rules change, and a page may not fit your home.
- 5. Safety and emergenciesIf there is immediate danger to people, such as fire, gas, electrical hazard or rising floodwater, leave and call 911. This site does not provide emergency services.
- 6. Calls and recordingCalls may be routed and recorded by a service provider as the privacy policy describes. This is a call-in service: using it gives no permission for anyone to call, text or email you later through this site.
- 7. Acceptable useDo not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at harmful rates or place calls in bad faith.
- 8. Intellectual propertySite text, images and design belong to the operator or its licensors and may not be copied beyond ordinary personal use.
- 9. Third-party linksLinks to outside sites are for reference. This site does not control them and is not responsible for them.
- 10. DisclaimerThe site and service are provided as is, without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. This site does not warrant any contractor or the results of any work.
- 11. Limitation of liabilityTo the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any act or omission of a contractor, arising from use of this site or service.
- 12. IndemnificationYou agree to cover losses the operator suffers because of your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms, to the extent the law allows.
- 13. Governing lawTexas law governs these terms, and disputes go to the state courts serving Dallas County, Texas, unless the law requires otherwise.
- 14. Changes and contactThese terms may change, and the date above changes with them. For questions, call the number shown on this site.
How to read these terms alongside the privacy policy
These terms and the privacy policy work together. The privacy policy explains what information is handled when you call, and these terms explain the nature of the referral. Nothing in either document creates an agreement between you and a contractor, and nothing gives anyone permission to contact you later through this site. If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest continue to apply.
Severability
If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the remaining parts still apply.
